This month, we are thrilled to recognize Reg and Reggie Audy as our Kind Neighbours of the Month!

Their generosity, compassion, and unwavering dedication have made a lasting impact on our community and truly embody what it means to be a great neighbour.

For years, Reggie has gone door to door every recycling day — in rain, snow, or summer heat — collecting refundable cans and bottles from neighbours.

She then returns the empties and uses the proceeds to raise money for the Life Centre Food Bank in Blackburn Hamlet, as well as supporting other local charities prior to 2021.

Since 2021 alone, she has raised an incredible $10,000 for the Life Centre Food Bank in Blackburn Hamlet — an amazing achievement that has helped countless families in our community.

Together, Reg and Reggie are also the neighbours everyone knows they can count on: always ready to lend tools, help with snow removal, care for pets when neighbours are away, and keep a caring eye on senior residents. Their kindness, generosity, and community spirit make Chapel Hill North a warmer, stronger, and more connected place to call home.

👏 Thank you, Reg and Reggie, for everything you do — we are so lucky to have you as part of our neighbourhood!
